Today I stumbled upon the new coffee chain
Roy Steet Coffee and Tea in Seattle. Especially the design of this new -Starbucks owned- coffee place is different than the usual Starbucks interiors. Roy Street Coffee & Tea uses regional materials, features the work of local artists and is designed for sustainability. They also aim at reducing their environmental footprint through green construction, energy and swater conservation and recycling. What do you think of this ' new style Starbucks'?
Q. Unfortunately I haven't been able to visit Seattle lately. Do you know if they serve good coffee?
