Today I'm inspired by the lovely home of designers Marc and Melissa Palazzo's home in California. This designers couple, who run the interior design business Pal & Smith worked with architect to create an open plan home with as much light as possible.

AUTUMN ATMOSPHERE

It's been raining all day here in Holland so it feels that the Autumn season is just around the corner. Autumn is for me the time to start and prepare my home for the dark and cold days and make my home warm and cosy. I just love this time of the year of changing seasons. Do you know this feeling??

Today I'm happy to share the first images of the Tine K. Home collection. The autumn winter collection is inspired by soft tones, snow white and dark. The new DARK collection is full with wonderful velvets, old furniture and unique jars and bowls. A perfect combination to create an Autumn Atmosphere.

Today I take you to a villa that rocks in Mexico. Imagine a home built in between rocks with an awesome seaview. This is the home of artist Gabriel Orozco. The architect Tatiana Bilbao t just made his dream come true here.

URBAN BEACH HOUSE

Today I fell in love with this 'urban' beach house. It seems a bit strange to have such a modern home in front of the beach but on the other hand the combination woudl be perfect. Do you know where this wonderful beachhouse is located? I found this image via Home-Interiors but it only indicates California. Can anyone help out here?

HAVE A WONDERFUL WEEKEND!

My dear friends! Happy weekend! What are your plans? My weekend is relaxed. I will meet with my friends and I will do some shoppng. Today I already did some shopping and I had a wonderful Latte Machiato in the new Urban Espresso Bar here in Rotterdam. This is a new spot in town and although it was my first visit I've no doubt I will be back soon. What a treat!!
