Food Destination: Studio East Dining

Today I would like to travel with you to the city of London. The Carmody Groarke designed a temporary pavilion on the rooftoop of the still to be completed Stratford City branch of shoppingmall Westfield. This pop up restaurant is a true urban experience that overlooks London's Olympic park and Zaha Hadid's Aquatics Centre.
Q. What do you think about this concept? Do you have any similar initiatives in your country? I would love to hear from you!

I've never heard of anything like this on this particular scale. Very intriguing!...Carol

Have never heard of such a pop-up restaurant - sounds interesting. Like their lights, too!

Love the concept of a 'limited edition restaurant' that can relocate and transform. Fantastic!!
..but no, nothing like it here in Sydney other than for special events.

Hope you are well.
